Where Biomedical Science Meets Human-Centered Strategy
MantuaHub was created to help organizations, leaders, and communities build healthier systems for energy, resilience, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
Salimah Sees Wellness as a System
With a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering & Business, Salimah brings a rare systems-based lens to wellness, leadership, burnout prevention, and women’s health.
Her work moves beyond surface-level wellness. She helps organizations understand how stress, energy, hormonal health, metabolic wellbeing, and workplace culture all shape how people perform, lead, and recover.
MantuaHub blends science, strategy, and care so organizations can support people in ways that feel practical, safe, and sustainable.
“Health is not separate from performance. It is the system that supports it.”
Performance Should Not Require Burnout
MantuaHub helps teams and leaders build healthier rhythms, stronger resilience, and safer spaces for growth. The goal is not just to talk about wellness, it is to design support systems people can actually use.
Built on Science, Experience & Community Impact
Salimah’s background allows MantuaHub to speak to both the human and organizational sides of wellness, from employee support to leadership resilience, workshops, speaking, and community-centered education.

Mother’s Day Campaign
The Mother’s Day Campaign is rooted in something deeper than celebration alone. Through MantuaHub, this initiative was created to bring awareness to a global issue that still affects millions of women and girls every day: lack of access to sanitary pads and basic menstrual care. It helps spotlight the fact that menstrual health is not a luxury or a side issue, it is a human right.
This challenge is often overlooked, yet it exists across every part of the world, including in Western countries where many women and girls still face period poverty, limited access, shame, or inadequate support. In the latest campaign, MantuaHub partnered with YeneHealth and raised over 200,000+ Ethiopian Birr, with all proceeds donated directly to the YeAmlak Lijoch Foundation. The goal is not only to provide tangible support, but also to keep building awareness that every female, in every country, deserves access to safe, reliable menstrual care with dignity.
Watch the Mother’s Day campaign story
This campaign helps bring attention to period poverty, the lack of access to sanitary pads, and the reality that menstrual care is still out of reach for too many women and girls around the world. Through MantuaHub’s platform and voice, this story helps remind people that menstrual health is a human right, and that this issue reaches far beyond one country or one community, including women in Western countries who still face barriers to access, affordability, and dignity.
