• Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees paid to MantuaHub are non-refundable.
• Any exception, credit, transfer, reschedule accommodation, or refund is made solely at MantuaHub’s discretion and only if approved by MantuaHub in writing.
• If the law requires a refund in a particular circumstance, MantuaHub will honor that legal requirement.
• For recurring services or memberships, cancellation will generally stop future renewals only. Amounts already paid for the current billing period are not prorated or refunded unless required by law or approved by MantuaHub in writing.
• Missed sessions, unused time, or failure to participate do not create an automatic right to a refund, chargeback, or credit.
